Data and purposes
On signup we collect your name, email, language, time and version of consent, and your separate choice about optional news after launch. We use these to manage the waitlist, confirm registration and announce the launch; later updates require separate consent. We do not collect payment details in the form. Limited technical request, administrator session and rate limit data help protect the service.
Legal basis
Waitlist registration and launch updates rely on your express consent. Optional news after launch has a separate opt-in and can be withdrawn independently. Strictly necessary security measures rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the service. Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Meta Pixel require the corresponding analytics or marketing cookie choice. These choices are separate from email consent.
Recipients and transfers
Authorized EOS staff access the admin panel. Hostinger hosts the site and MySQL database, Cloudflare provides the Turnstile anti-bot service, and Resend delivers confirmation and owner notification emails if enabled. With analytics consent, Google Ireland Limited may receive visit information through Google Analytics 4. With separate marketing consent, Google Ads and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) may receive technical visit and registration events for advertising measurement and audiences. Google Tag Manager can host additional tags only under the corresponding cookie choice. We do not send names or emails to tracking pixels. Providers may transfer data outside the EEA under safeguards that must be reviewed before activation in production. Brevo is not automatically connected to the list.
Retention and your rights
We keep a waitlist entry until you remove it or the launch-notification purpose has been completed; then we delete it or seek further consent where necessary. The email links let you separately stop optional news or remove the entire entry. For access, correction, deletion, portability, objection and consent withdrawal email hello@eosalia.com. You may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before it.

Last updated: 28 September 2026. We will update this notice before a material change to how we use the information.
